🎮 Understanding the RACCOIN Game Loop

Every RACCOIN run follows the same core loop: you start on Floor 1 with a character's starting coin deck and a limited number of drop charges. You spend drop charges to push coins into the machine. When coins cascade off the far ledge, they score points. After clearing each floor's score threshold, you enter a reward phase where you choose new coins for your deck or buy item chips from the shop.

The brilliance of RACCOIN is that this loop compounds: early floors you're scoring hundreds of points, but by Floor 6–8, a single well-placed TNT Coin can score tens of thousands. The exponential curve is driven by item chip stacking and coin synergies. Understanding this from the start helps you make better decisions in reward phases.

Each floor also has a hidden modifier — a bonus condition that, if met, rewards extra coins or drop charges. Common modifiers include "Push 5 coins off in a single drop" or "Trigger a combo chain of ×8 or higher." Always read the floor modifier before spending your first drop charge, as it might change which coin you want to drop first.

🦝 Which Character Should Beginners Choose?

The single most impactful decision in RACCOIN is your character selection. For beginners, the answer is clear: start with the Biologist. Her starting deck of 1× Cat Coin + 2× Rat Coin creates an automatic income loop from turn one. Every time your Cat Coin hunts a Rat Coin, you regain a drop charge via her passive (Field Notes). This self-refilling mechanic means you're far less likely to run out of drops on early floors while you're learning the game.

The Raccoon Manager is the highest-ceiling character but requires knowing when to drop MultiCoins for maximum effect. The Gambler feels fun but his luck-based variance can frustrate new players on unlucky runs. Save those characters for after you've completed two or three successful Biologist runs and understand the core loop deeply.

   Always take this. A 2.5× multiplier at Floor 5 turns every future coin drop into a score monster.

   Animal Tamer (Biologist only)

   Doubles all ticket income from Cat+Rat combos. If you're playing Biologist, this is an S-tier priority.

   If you have TNT or Bomb Coins, this 50% blast radius increase transforms them from good to game-winning.
